Linda L. Plummer, SPHR, MBALinda Plummer LinkedIn Profile

Linda founded Plummer & Associates in 1996. She specializes in working with leaders and teams who want to improve their communication and productivity and in workshop development and facilitation. She also provides an HR Partner service to smaller companies who welcome an “on call” HR professional to answer questions, provide advice, and handle special projects.

Ms. Plummer has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources and Call Center Operations with AT&T. She founded her consulting firm in 1996. Some of her clients include: Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Florida, UNF, the Federal Reserve Bank, Mayo Clinic, and the PGA Tour. In 2007, Ms. Plummer received the Jacksonville Trainer Excellence Award.

Ms. Plummer is a former faculty member at Webster University where she taught Training & Development in the Masters of Human Resources program. She is a frequent guest speaker at universities and conferences.

Ms. Plummer currently serves on the Board of the Business Leadership Network (BLN) and is a former Board member for ASTD and for SHRM. She volunteers as a Study Circles facilitator for the Human Rights Commission.

Well known in the Human Resources community, she is often quoted in the Jacksonville Business Journal and the Florida Times Union newspapers as well as in two best selling management books. She is an alumnus of Georgia State, where she received her Executive MBA, and of Penn State, where she received her Bachelors in Political Science.

 

Mike Plummer, MSOD  

Mike joined Plummer & Associates in 1999. He has worked on a variety of organization development projects including employee surveys, team building, and strategic planning.

Mr. Plummer has expertise and extensive experience in developing and conducting employee surveys. He has conducted over 30 surveys in the past 10 years for a range of organizations from a 30-person department to a 1000-person company. His focus is on custom design of surveys that produce actionable results to address critical issues facing the organization.


Mr. Plummer also has more than 25 years experience with AT&T and Citibank on a wide range of management assignments and organization development projects. These include operations, research & development, budget analysis, quality, and management training. In 1992, he had the honor of being a member of the AT&T Universal Card Services team that developed a winning application for the prestigious Malcolm Baldrige quality award.


Mike holds Masters degrees in Organization Development (MSOD) from Pepperdine University (1996) and in Operations Research from New York University (1971). His BS degree was in Mechanical Engineering. He is a member of the national Organization Development Network and teaches graduate courses in OD at Webster University.
