Practical approaches grounded in OD theory

We bring practical and educational experience to our OD work. Our partners each have 20 years of line and staff management experience with AT&T.

We also bring theory expertise to the project. Mike has a Master’s degree in OD from Pepperdine University, the top graduate OD program in the US, and Linda has an executive MBA from Georgia State University.

To stay current in the OD field, Mike regularly attends the national OD conference and he teaches OD in Webster University’s graduate program. Linda regularly attends local and state HR conferences. She has also held leadership positions on several HR and training related boards in Jacksonville.
