Rule of thumb for survey questions:

If you aren't willing to take action if the results from a question are negative, don't ask the question.


Employee Satisfaction Surveys
The key purpose of an employee opinion survey is to measure employee satisfaction and identify barriers to organization performance.

A well-designed employee survey supported by senior management provides an effective foundation for action planning initiatives to improve organization performance.

We offer two types of employee surveys:

  • Comprehensive Employee Surveys
    These are typically 60 to 80 questions about various organization aspects impacting employee satisfaction. They are custom designed to address critical current employee issues and produce actionable results.

  • Short, Issue-Focused Surveys
    These are brief (10 to 20 questions) with a quick turnaround (1 to 2 weeks start to finish). They are designed to meet a specific need – gather advance data for a meeting or teambuilding session or gather input on a specific issue.

Customer satisfaction surveys
When you have a customer email distribution list, you have an ideal situation for obtaining feedback about what’s working well with your service/product and what could be improved.

To boost response, we strive for short, attractive looking customer surveys with appropriate, well-worded questions. We can also help you design cost-effective incentives for participants that will boost response and help build customer loyalty.

Organizations we have conducted surveys for include: CitiStreet, Zurich Insurance, Everbank, JAXPort, W&O Supply, Jacksonville Unitarian Universalist Church (300 members) and parent satisfaction studies for Paxon and Douglas Anderson High Schools.

The City of Jacksonville and the Jacksonville Aviation Authority also selected us to conduct exit surveys on 600 visitors to the 2005 Super Bowl held in Jacksonville.
