Survey Process
Our professional backgrounds in HR and Organization Development (OD) drive our philosophy that surveys – large or small – are HR/OD interventions aimed at improving organization performance. Our approach is to partner with clients to clarify their needs and goals for a survey, draft a survey question set, implement the survey, and prepare a report based on the results.
Focus Groups & Action Planning
We also offer focus group design and facilitation to help design the survey and facilitation of action planning sessions based on the survey results.
