My son, Mick, and I were honored to be invited to share our journey as he transitioned to male in a 1 hour webinar for Goodwill Industries in June. Below is a link to this program.

We shared experiences and learnings in our family’s journey to Mick’s embracing his masculine identity. We also shared ideas for how work groups can be supportive and inclusive of all people and resources specifically for the LGBTQIA+ community.

Every person deserves to live their authentic self and to be respected for who they are. People who feel accepted and included perform better, are more innovative and contribute to higher performing teams.
